Our company policies make Returns & Refunds smooth & easy. Inform within 24 hours of receiving the order & get easy refunds make stress-free purchases.

REFUND POLICY

We have a short & customer friendly Return & Refund policy.

Certain rules & regulations are applicable in term of order returns.

Refunds:

  • There will be no monetary refund, only gift card will be provided.
  • A gift card of product value will be provided you on your email.
  • A gift card issued by us can be redeemed within 365 days of issuing.
  • Customers are obliged to read and understand our return & refund policy before ordering.

Returns:

  • All returns are done free of cost.
  • Only 1 time return will be accepted on an original order.
  • No returns will be accepted on gift card issued on any previous order return.
  • Customers are obliged to contact August customer support by any mean of contact to understand our return & refund policy before ordering.

Product return conditions:

  • You have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
  • No returns & refunds for international orders.
  • Products on sale are not applicable for RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND.

The process for a return:

  • Please request a return on our customer care Email: support@augustjwellery.com
  • You can also send us an email via contact us page.
  • On your request we will arrange the reverse pick up.
  • After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you a gift card or credit note after deducting shipping charges on original order.
  • We will not entertain any request if you contact us after 24 hours from the receiving the order.

Failure of product pick-up:

  • We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please write email at support@augustjwellery.com
